Tata is all over the heart of Bangladesh: Commerce Minister



Lastnewsbd. 17th October : Nitol-Motors will launch a new pick-up called Tata Intra to provide employment for the educated unemployed people. The official launch of this new pick-up held on Sunday 17th October, at Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel. Commerce Minister Tipu Munshi inaugurated the pick-up, which will be attended by officials of the Tata Group, including Indian High Commissioner to Bangladesh Vikram Kumar Dorairaiswamy. The event was presided over by Abdul Matlub Ahmad, Chairman, Nitol-Niloy Group. Next year, Nitol Motors will make a new type of pick-up called Tata Intra in country. This will be the first pick-up made in Bangladesh.

Commerce Minister Tipu Munshi said the Prime Minister dreams of taking the country to new heights. The Prime Minister is taking the country forward for improving the livelihood of the people. As a result, Bangladesh is ahead of India in many aspects. Bangladesh overtake India in per capita income and growth. He was speaking at the inauguration of Tata Intra Pickup at Sonargaon Hotel in Dhaka on Sunday (October 18). The Commerce Minister said Tata has a social responsibility. The car is doing very well. Tata is moving forward with the dream. Tata is all over the heart of Bangladesh.


Praising the Indian High Commissioner, Tipu Munshi said Vikram Doraiswamy wants expansion of trade and commerce in Bangladesh. He wants to take the country forward. I have met with him after he came to the Bangladesh and he’s trying to implement everything what he said. As the wife of the Indian ambassador is Bangladeshi by birth thus he has a lot of attraction towards Bangladesh.


Commerce Minister Tipu Munshi has said that Indian High Commissioner Vikram Doraiswamy really wants to do the best for Bangladesh. The Commerce Minister said Indian High Commissioner Vikram Doraiswamy is not like the other five ambassadors. Once he said something, he means it.

Vikram Doraiswamy said Bangladesh is a fast developing country. India wants to be a partner in all kinds of development of Bangladesh. The two countries are moving forward. India will stand by Bangladesh for expanding any new business.
